With the MDK501HKSSH with hydraulic high-tipping system and the hydraulic self-loading shovel from HZC Power, you get a high-quality mini dumper with a tracked chassis. The dumper is equipped with the new 6:2 gearbox. This means it has 6 forward gears and 2 reverse gears. The maximum speed is 7.5 km/h forward and 3.5 km/h reverse. Thanks to its chain drive, the dumper is particularly suitable for areas that are difficult to access, such as impassable terrain and slopes, sloping, muddy, sandy ground. With the additional hydraulic tipping function of 80°, unloading can be mastered with little effort and very comfortably. The maximum load is 500 kg, which means that very heavy loads such as sand, earth, gravel, stones, rubble, garden waste, tools or other materials can be transported with ease.

In addition, a slope of max. 20° can be mastered easily when fully loaded. The innovative and stable driver platform allows the operator to ride comfortably, as the dumper is self-propelled. When the platform is not in use, it can also be easily folded up. Handling is particularly easy and comfortable thanks to the intuitive controls.

The hydraulic high-tipping system offers you more flexibility, allowing a wide variety of materials with a maximum weight of 500 kg to be loaded directly into the target container, trailer or truck. In addition, the trough at the discharge is straight, which means that the dumping of bulk material is not jammed. It also has another special feature, namely the hydraulic self-loading shovel, which makes work much easier, as the dumper simultaneously handles loading and unloading using its hydraulic power. This means that the dumper can be loaded effortlessly.

The lifting and lowering process only takes a few seconds. The trough measures 1,000 x 700 x 450 mm and is reinforced with a wall thickness of 3 mm. The engine is started via a cable pull and can be started easily even at low temperatures.

Drive

The practical mini dumper is powered by a powerful Loncin petrol engine (10 HP). A maintenance/repair service is available for this at qualified partner workshops worldwide. In addition, the chain drive means that particularly difficult terrain, inclines, sloping, muddy and sandy ground can be mastered with ease. The mini dumper reaches a maximum speed of up to 7.5 km/h forwards and 3.5 km/h backwards. The mini dumper can easily master an incline of up to 20°.

Features

The mini crawler dumper’s spacious trough can hold up to 500 kg of sand, earth, gravel, stones, rubble, garden waste or other materials. Its own weight is 446 kg. Thanks to the motor, this weight can be easily transported without any effort on your part. The drive offers the following advantages: stepless speed control, high torque, linear drive movement with high efficiency, overload protection is safer and faster, longer service life, less maintenance, less wear (as there is less friction than with a normal gearbox), and it can start from a standstill under full load.
