The HS30290 log splitter from HZC Power has a splitting force of up to 30 tonnes and splits material up to 600 mm long. The log-splitter is also equipped with a log-lifter, which makes the work even easier. An integrated frame ensures that logs do not fall off the splitter. The two-hand operation ensures the safety of your hands.
Wood splitter with petrol engine
The horizontal log splitter is equipped with a reliable Briggs & Stratton petrol engine. The engine is equipped with 12.88 Nm gross torque and 208 cc. An oil filter for the hydraulic oil ensures an even longer service life.
The maintenance/repair service set up by Briggs&Stratton in selected partner workshops is easy to help should problems arise with the powerful engine.
Lying log splitters
With a horizontal log splitter, the wood is placed on a horizontal splitting table. The splitting material is then pressed horizontally by the pressure plate into the pointed splitting wedge and thus divided. The splitting table on the HS30290 can be raised and lowered hydraulically as required. Both levers (two-handed operation) must be operated for the splitting process, but the splitting wedge moves back automatically when the lever is released.
The horizontal wood splitter has a splitting force of 30 t and splits material up to a length of 600 mm. The length of the split material is usually very suitable for the fireplace or a place for firewood and can of course be reduced if necessary.
The splitter has a trailer hitch so it can be easily moved around the yard. However, the HS30290 is not street legal. Due to the handy dimensions of 230 x 101 x 119.5-174.3 cm (LxWxH), the log splitter can also be easily transported on a trailer.

Shipping details/delivery note
Our log splitters are delivered to you well packaged and disassembled. You should allow approx. 1-2 hours for the final assembly.
You will receive the hydraulic oil included. You would have to fill this in yourself after final assembly. However, you would have to get the engine oil yourself in advance and fill it up after final assembly (approx. 0.6-1.1 liters). For this we recommend Briggs&Stratton 4-Stoken Engine Oil SAE30.
The assembly can be carried out by anyone. You don't need any prior knowledge or technical knowledge. It's best to get help with this. Under this Link you can see a video on how best to assemble the log splitter step by step.
It is also possible to receive the log splitter completely pre-assembled. This would result in additional costs. You can order our additional service directly from the shop or simply speak to our customer service.
A splitting cross is also included in the scope of delivery of the log splitter. The splitting cross may not be used within the European Union when using the log splitter. The new EU standard EN 609:2017 prohibits the use of multiple splitting wedges and splitting crosses for log splitters.
Any use of the splitting cross is at your own risk and responsibility.

Damit mache ich gerne Feuerholz.
Man ist nach der Arbeit auch nicht mehr so ko und auch weniger schmutzig!

Ich hab mich für den 30t Holzspalter mit Stammheber entschieden, um mir die Arbeit noch leichter zu machen. So muss ich nicht nur keine Kraft zum spalten aufwenden sondern auch die schweren Hölzer nicht mehr komplett hochheben. Das ganze funktioniert super und schont so meinen Rücken. Kann ich wirklich nur empfehlen!
Auch der Preis des Gerätes stimmt und die Lieferung funktionierte schnell und problemlos. Danke!

Habe nun ca. 60 RM mit diesem Spalter gearbeitet und kann sagen, dass ich diese Entscheidung nicht bereut habe.
Die Zusammenbau-Anleitung ist etwas dürftig, aber bei Youtube gibt es super Anleitungen.
Wir waren allerdings froh, dass wir mit unserem Frontlader den Hubzylinder aufs Fahrgestell heben konnten, mit nur zwei Mann ist das vom Gewicht her fast nicht zu schaffen.
Der Stammheber hat meine Kiefern-Kloben mit max. 63 cm Durchmesser anstandslos angehoben, die Spaltkraft ist über jeden Zweifel erhaben.
Der Motor springt zuverlässig und leicht an.
Einzige Kritikpunkte sind:
Für die Schrauben der Motorhalterung habe ich keine Angabe des Anzugs-Drehmoment gefunden, die sind mir schon ein paar mal abgerissen.
Gegenüber dem Stammheber ist eine Art Schutzgestell, damit das Spaltgut nicht überkullert. Das ist ziemlich windig ausgeführt und mit schon beim ersten Testspalten eingerissen. Wenn man aber vorsichtig den Stammheber bedient, dann geht es auch ohne.
Insgesamt ist dieses Gerät für diesen Preis unschlagbar und ich habe mich geärgert, dass ich mich all die Jahre zuvor so abgerackert habe …
