The EWL800 by HZC Power is our only electrically powered wheel loader. Its performance features match those of a conventional diesel-powered machine. As a compact wheel loader, it is particularly flexible and maneuverable, making it ideal for use on construction sites of all sizes, on farms, or in landscaping. Thanks to its high-quality construction and user-friendly operation, this wheel loader is the perfect machine for professional use.
The integrated 72 Volt lithium-ion battery is available in three power options, so running and charging times can be optimally adjusted to the specific work requirements. The EWL800 operates emission-free on-site and with significantly reduced noise emissions. This means more flexibility for the user, a positive contribution to environmental protection, and significant savings in operating costs.

Drive

The EWL800 by HZC Power combines high performance with exceptional flexibility. With its compact dimensions of 3849 x 2296 x 1250 mm, the wheel loader is a versatile helper on any job site. The electric motor ensures the usual high quality and reliability. With a maximum climbing ability of 30°, the EWL800 delivers excellent performance even under demanding conditions.
Compared to diesel-powered machines, the operating costs over the entire machine lifespan are reduced by about 41% for electric models, as lower energy and service costs are incurred.
The slightly higher initial investment for a fully electric machine is amortized over time – depending on usage behavior and application area. In the long run, the fully electric drive is always the more cost-effective option.

Features

The wheel loader is standard equipped with a bucket, with a rated capacity of 0.43 m³. It has two forward and two reverse gears, reaching a maximum speed of 20 km/h.
The machine uses two separate electric motors: one for the drive and one for the work hydraulics. This optimizes energy consumption, as power is only drawn when needed.
The drive motor also provides a dynamic and powerful start, which is noticeable with each acceleration, contributing to a higher driving comfort.
