The delivery costs of the individual products can be determined via the selection “Select delivery location” and are based on the weight of the products. You can see which shipping costs are due for your entire order when you select the shipping method in the shopping cart (pickup or shipping).
Generally, for multiple products from different shipping methods, only the largest shipping method will be charged.

If no other deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 5-7 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the date of your payment order). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one common shipment. In this case the delivery time is determined by the article with the longer delivery time. If you would like to receive an item early, please contact our customer service.

If you wish to pick up the machine at our headquarters in Krefeld, we will inform you by e-mail about the availability of the goods and the exact pickup options. In this case you will not be charged any shipping costs.

Zone 1

Die Zone 1 umfasst die Länder Belgien, Niederlande, Österreich, Luxemburg.

Zone 2

Die Zone 2 umfasst die Länder Frankreich, Polen, Tschechien und Dänemark.

Zone 3

Die Zone 3 umfasst die Länder Bulgarien, Irland, Italien, Kroatien, Lettland, Litauen, Rumänien, Schweden, Schweiz, Slowakei, Slowenien, Spanien, Ungarn

Zone 4

Die Zone 4 umfasst die Länder Estland, Finnland, Griechenland, Malta und Portugal.

Soweit im jeweiligen Angebot keine andere Frist angegeben ist, erfolgt die Lieferung der Ware innerhalb von 10 – 12 Tagen nach Vertragsschluss (bei vereinbarter Vorauszahlung nach dem Zeitpunkt ihrer Zahlungsanweisung). Beachten Sie, dass an Sonn- und Feiertagen keine Zustellung erfolgt.

Haben Sie Artikel mit unterschiedlichen Lieferzeiten bestellt, versenden wir die Ware in einer gemeinsamen Sendung. In dem Fall bestimmt sich die Lieferzeit nach dem Artikel mit der längeren Lieferfrist. Möchten Sie einen Artikel frühzeitig erhalten, dann setzen Sie sich gerne mit unserem Kundenservice in Verbindung.

Bei einer Abholung der Maschine in unserer Zentrale in Krefeld informieren wir Sie per E-Mail über die Bereitstellung der Ware und die genauen Abholmöglichkeiten. In diesem Fall werden Ihnen keine Versandkosten berechnet.
