The delivery costs for the individual products can be determined by selecting “Select delivery location” and are based on the weight of the products. You can see which shipping costs are due for your entire order when you select the shipping method in the shopping basket (collection or forwarding).
In general, only the largest shipping method will be charged for multiple products from different shipping methods.

If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 6-12 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longer delivery time. If you would like to receive an item early, please contact our customer service.

If you wish to collect the machine from our head office in Mönchengladbach, we will inform you by e-mail when the goods are ready and the exact collection options. In this case, you will not be charged any shipping costs.

Zone 1

Zone 1 includes Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria and Luxembourg.

Zone 2

Zone 2 includes France, Poland, the Czech Republic and Denmark.

Zone 3

Zone 3 includes Bulgaria, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary

Zone 4

Zone 4 includes Estonia, Finland, Greece, Malta and Portugal.
