Our AGF178 embankment mower with hydraulic side shift is very stable and therefore the perfect mulching mower and can also be used as a tractor mower/tractor mower. The mower for the tractor/tractor is powered by a PTO shaft and has a mowing width of 178 cm. Using the hydraulic side shift you can move the mulcher left and right and you can also angle it, 90° up and 40° down. For this function you need 2 hydraulic control circuits on your tractor/tractor, as the mower has 2 double-acting hydraulic cylinders for this.
The double spiral rotor with its even rotor load ensures particularly quiet running and long durability with significantly less effort. Due to the stable construction, no deformations occur after work. Even very tall grass, bushy or strawy clippings are child’s play with this mower.
Due to its lateral offset, the flail mower is particularly suitable for ditches, bank areas, earth banks, sloping areas, verges and roadside maintenance, etc. The trailing roller leaves behind a cleanly mowed area. The mulcher can be extended vertically to a height of 177cm and horizontally to a laterally height of up to 296cm.
The mower is hung in the three-point hitch of your tractor/tugboat and is designed for Cat. II.
Your tractor or tractor should have at least 70-110 hp.
The mowing height, i.e. cutting height, is adjustable. The cutting height can be adjusted using the skids on the sides. The mower also has safety flaps that prevent stones, debris, etc. from escaping.

Drive
The mower is powered by the existing PTO shaft of your tractor/tug. The mower also has 4 V-belts that drive it. The PTO shaft is included in the scope of delivery.

The machine is delivered well packed and disassembled in a wooden crate. You should allow approx. 2-3 hours for final assembly. Assembly is very simple and can also be carried out by non-professionals. However, if assistance is required, we will be happy to help you at any time. You will need approx. 1.8 liters of engine oil for the engine. We recommend a multigrade oil of the 10W40 or 15W40 classification.
