HZC Power log splitter HS30999E, 30 t, 57 cm, horizontal, petrol, manual splitting head with electric starter
Firewood for the winter – everyone with a fireplace, stove heating or a fireplace knows the problem: ready-made firewood is expensive and working with an axe, hammer and splitting wedge is incredibly strenuous and sweat-inducing. We have the solution, because our horizontal log splitter with 30 tonnes of splitting force makes the work much easier.
The HS30999E log splitter from HZC Power has a splitting force of up to 30 tonnes and splits logs up to a length of 570 mm. The splitter also has a log lifter, which makes work even easier. Furthermore, an integrated frame ensures that logs do not fall from the horizontal log splitter. Finally, the two-handed operation ensures that your hands are safe.
Wood splitter with petrol engine
Powered by JIAO 6.5Hp motor, it can run with more endurance. With the adoption of duplex pump, it can reach the maximum speed under low pressure, and automatically reduce to the safe speed when splitting wood, and use it in the horizontal position. Equipped with a loading device with hydraulic lifting platform, heavy logs can be lifted to the working height by simply moving them to the loading device, which is operated by a hydraulic valve; the height-adjustable axe head can be adjusted to different sizes and shapes of wood. The large working platform provides ample space for splitting logs and increases efficiency and safety. Equipped with a drawbar and 8″ universal wheels for smooth transport.
Lying log splitters
With a horizontal log splitter, the wood is placed on a horizontal splitting table. The splitting material is then pressed horizontally by the pressure plate into the pointed splitting wedge and thus split. The splitting table on the HS30999E can be raised and lowered hydraulically as required. Both levers (two-handed operation) must be operated for the splitting process, but the splitting wedge retracts automatically when the levers are released.
The horizontal log splitter has a splitting force of 30 tonnes and splits logs up to a length of 570 mm. The length of the split material is usually very suitable for the fireplace or a firewood point and can of course be reduced if necessary.
The splitter has a trailer coupling so that it can be easily moved around the yard. However, the HS30999E is not road legal. Thanks to its handy dimensions of 230 x 101 x 119.5-174.3 cm (LxWxH), the log splitter can also be easily transported on a trailer.

Split crosses for log splitters
With the help of a splitting cross, the wood is not only halved, but directly divided into four. This way you can reach the desired size of sawn wood pieces for one or two fireplaces more quickly.

Shipping details/delivery note
Our log splitters are delivered to you well packaged and disassembled. You should allow approx. 1-2 hours for the final assembly.
You will receive the hydraulic oil included. You would have to fill this in yourself after final assembly. However, you would have to get the engine oil yourself in advance and fill it up after final assembly (approx. 0.6-1.1 liters). For this we recommend Briggs&Stratton 4-Stoken Engine Oil SAE30.
The assembly can be carried out by anyone. You don't need any prior knowledge or technical knowledge. It's best to get help with this. Under this Link you can see a video on how best to assemble the log splitter step by step.
It is also possible to receive the log splitter completely pre-assembled. This would result in additional costs. You can order our additional service directly from the shop or simply speak to our customer service.
A splitting cross is also included in the scope of delivery of the log splitter. The splitting cross may not be used within the European Union when using the log splitter. The new EU standard EN 609:2017 prohibits the use of multiple splitting wedges and splitting crosses for log splitters.
Any use of the splitting cross is at your own risk and responsibility.
